Domestic orders are shipped with Australia Post or Sendle couriers. If no one is home or there is no a safe place to leave your parcel a postal slip will be left in your mail box. Redelivery may be attemped but if you fail to collect your parcel from your local depo or make contact, your order will be held for a max of 10 business days. At the end of 10 business days your parcel will be returned to sender. If this happeneds and you wish for your order to be resent, this will incure a new postage fee. You will need to contact us directly through our website to arrage for your order to be resent.
All international orders are shipped with Australia Post or Sendle couriers. All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as regulated by the country of import. Isabelle De Vries Beauty is not responsible for any fees associated with importation. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.
